Facing a Public Inquiry? The Sooner You Act The Better

At a recent Public Inquiry in the East of England an Operator who had a number of quite serious issues surrounding the operation of the vehicle and the general lack of compliance to Drivers Daily Defect checking has come out of the Public Inquiry with albeit some sanctions but a very stern warning that they had not engaged a Transport Consultancy (us we're glad to say) and then complied with all our advice, undertaken OLAT training, had our Transport Compliance System installed and started to use it, the story may have had a much less happy ending.
