The Traffic Commissioners have indicated that from 1st April 2018, paper application forms will no longer be available from .gov.uk. Research has shown that operators are familiar with digital services and are also confident in using them,. They want more people to use the Vehicle Operator Licensing service because it’s quicker for compliant operators.
