When you signed for your O licence, you agreed to 11 undertakings; our regulatory compliance audits assess your conformance with these undertakings, as well as all relevant legislation including Drivers’ hours rules, WTD regulations and Road Traffic law as well as consideration of Health and Safety legislation.
